Mr. Christopher has 27 years of experience in leadership and requirements evaluation enforcement of health, safety, security, and quality issues, including high hazard and remote environments. He has more than 20 years of experience in support of federal programs. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Health, Safety, and Quality Assurance Officer at CH2M HILL.
Mr. Christopher developed DOE’s nuclear safety enforcement program, acclaimed by the Defense Nuclear Facilities and Safety Board, the U.S. General Accounting Office, and Congressional oversight committees. He served as Senior Executive responsible for nuclear safety enforcement on more than 20 nuclear sites employing 150,000 workers. He has premier expertise in health and safety, security, QA, compliance, communication with federal legislative and authoritative agencies, and independent oversight of critical, high-visibility projects and initiatives.
As senior counsel for Morgan, Lewis & Brockius, Mr. Christopher mentored/supervised 15 to 20 junior and senior partners on case-by-case basis in nuclear energy legal practice. His clients included major engineering firms and research institutions involved with U.S. Nuclear Weapons Complex research, design, operation, and environmental remediation activities.
